In the last two years since Merck's vaccine against HPV, commercials have been directed to young girls, parents have been coerced into vaccinating their daughters, and legislators in 41 states have passed some type of legislation promoting, forcing insurance coverage, or funding education bills promoting the virus. In 2008, the Iowa legislature required insurance to cover this dangerous and costly vaccine.

The misleading 'One Less' campaign implies cervical cancer is a major killer. While true in some third world countries, in America, cervical cancer is so rare it isn't even listed in the National Cancer Institute's 13 most common cancers.

These reports include, but are not limited to: spontaneous abortions, Guillain-Barre Syndrome which is a rare autoimmune disorder attacking the nervous system, vaginal blisters, and ano-genital warts. Eighteen Deaths have been linked to Gardasil including a 12 year old girl with no related medical problems. According to Judicial Watch, a 14-year-old female took only 6 steps and fell to the ground unconscious after receiving the vaccine. Gardasil is NOT a vaccine against cancer, but rather is designed to protect against ONLY FOUR of the 100 plus strains of the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus. HPV is not spread by being in a crowd or walking through a school hallway, but by skin to skin contact and sexual activity. Many public school 'Sex Ed' programs have carelessly told students that condoms would protect against HPV, leaving many young people with false security and an unwanted disease.
